Sharing authentic Vietnamese food and family traditions with Lancaster since 2004.
Our Goal
Sai Gòn Café first opened its doors in June 2004 with one goal: to bring the flavors of Vietnam to the heart of Lancaster. As a family-owned restaurant, every dish reflects the traditions and care passed down through generations. From the very start, our mission has been to create a place where guests could enjoy authentic Vietnamese food in a casual, welcoming space.
Cooking the Vietnamese Way
At Sai Gòn Café, we prepare food the way it has always been done in Vietnam. Every broth is simmered for hours to build layers of flavor, and dumplings are folded by hand with care. Nothing is rushed or made from shortcuts. Serving authentic Vietnamese food is more than cooking—it is honoring our culture and sharing a part of our heritage with Lancaster and Central Pennsylvania.
